FICA requirements for the 5th time

I have been with ABSA since 1989 (Trust Bank). I have had the same business current account since then. I have FICA'ed the same account at least 5 times (successfully), but yet I am now faced with the account being suspended for lack of compliancy! On 18th November I received an e-mail from Zandile Cubeni stating I must supply ABSA with various documents to FICA my account. I replied asking who he was, as far as I knew Rachel Jewitt was handling my account, and why he required documentation for FICA from me for the 6th time. No reply. Now today (31st March) I get an e-mail stating my account is: to be/is suspended! I AM GOING INSANE with having to continuously FICA the same account!!! Could somebody PLEASE explain why this is necessary over and over and over and over and over again? I am still the same person with the same account. How many more times will I have to FICA the same account to make everybody happy? I've had enough now!!!
