I am very very angry with nedbank, having to be their client for so long and they still do no seize to make me angry. I have been billed 4x Honfee charges of R90 rand each and when I call the call centre im told that it takes a transaction 24 hours to update, I mean what kind of nonsense is that. When I do a transaction I make sure that I have money first before doing it and all of a sudden I am told that I need to wait 25 hours to make sure they are deducted from my account. Honestly this is it for me I am honestly going to move my salary to be paid elsewhere and maybe I will finally be happy. What happened to when you don't have money you don't finish and klaar, now they honour other places on my behalf like I asked them and worse of all its places I swiped having had money in my account.
That's really it for me I am done with NEDBANK!!!
