Well Steve still works at FNB. I am trying to make payment to the South African Nursing Council. Everything has captured correctly and after confirmation of everything from my side. Baam! This error:
Reference Invalid for SANC. Capture The Reference Number Supplied Bythe Nursing Council Or Contact Helpdesk On (012) 4201000.

I call the council. We confirm everything has been done correctly. I try to call FNB, after the prompts and button selections... Ring ring ring ring, they drop the phone. No freaking answer!?
