Review about Work Experience from Madison, Wisconsin

My 18 year old son was hired by a KID, only 2 years older than him, out of Madison, WI. This was my sons very first job, and he was told he would be trained, and NO experience was necessary.

The handbook given, talked about a 2 WEEK probationary period. He was let go after 2 DAYS, because he wasnt fast enough. Obviously, the boss forgot that learning takes more than 2 days - was more concerned about SPEED OVER QUALITY.

He was told he MIGHT get paid for his efforts and time in MAYBE a month...? TERRIBLE experience for a kid just starting out.
