I contracted with Mitch Rabideau Construction 2 years ago to build a small retirement home for me.

He has taken my money and materials and abandoned the job--he seems not to be able to do many of the things he "sold" me--the in-floor heat seems ill done according to two consultants I hired to inspect the work. The roof work may be shabby as well; a roofing expert I hired to inspect the job says that the installation is "suspect." Mr. Rabideau has been making my custom windows for almost all of the 2 years; he seems unable to do the construction of them, however. He should not be trusted in any respect; he seems unable to complete work; he seems unable to do that which he says he can do; he is totally incapable of time/money management. Do not hire this man/company!
