Ripoff Scam

I also received a letter, dated Oct. 4, from Merchants' Credit Guide Co. representing NCO FINANCIAL for buying out a large alleged debt to Citibank for $4, 000!! I was amazed as I have never done business with Citibank and have never had credit with any credit card company in that large an amount! I hope that people don't fall for this and send these people any money that they don't really owe.
