Double Charging monthly fees

BankCard USA calculate their fees and deduct a % each day as part of their daily batch runs. At the end of the month, they then deduct the entire fee again rather than the balance remaining

I have spoken to two customer service reps and they deny, confuse, obfuscate and pretend they don't understand the issue. Then, they hang up or pass you onto their supervisor (voicemail).

I review credit card fees for clients for a living and these guys are aware they are stealing. They rely on uninformed and gullible merchants.
