I am current a Business owner of a consulting company, small business, and I bank with Nedbank.initially my account was opened in Pretoria, Castle Walk branch, subsequently I have learnt that it is held in Menlyn. I have held this account since last year October/November. Today, Tuesday, 29/07, I incorrectly type incorrect password on my account internet logon resulting in my profile being temporary locked. I got a message from the system that I should call the contact center. I called the first number, 0860111055 spoke to a person there, i was told, my account is for the small business therefore they could not help me to reset my password but I should call this number 0860116400. I dialed this number and I was told my profile is a business account which start with 302 therefore I have to call the first number on which I objected. The lady then said I should hold whilst she is checking, then she told me, they cannot help with the resetting of the password, I should go to the branch. I went to the branch and spent almost 30 minutes waiting to be help at Sunninghill branch. I was helped but they asked me who is my banker, I said I have no idea, they promised to track him or her for me
