I have a personal account with FNB, i took out a smart device on my personal cheque account, i fell into some arrears with payment for my smart device. FNB put a hold on my personal account but still charging me a monthly fee. I however made arrangements to pay off my smart device and haven't missed a payment so far. I went into the store to find out aboutt the device and was told to call vbs risk management on 0875779729. I called them on 11-19 12h15 and spoke to DUNCAN who had an attitude with me and told me they cannot lift the hold on the account and ill have to pay the R99 monthly fee on the account till i pay off the smart device in full. I feel that this is unfair and I'm being. Can you please assist me asap.
