Hi... I worked with collabera, USA about 4 years.

By my personal experience i always suggest, all H1B's keep away from this company for your bright future. They are the best for finding project, pay on time... but their pay scale is low. It is not low ..it is tactically low. They hire the candidate at best salary at industry. They gradually reduce salary by showing excuses client reduced billing rate. They finally bring you at max $60k. This the their main business strategy. Another important thing is they never process GC. They say they will process. They try to prolong as much as they can. I have seen people leaving the company after 6 years of their term without GC. You can always check internet how many GC they have processed so far. I have literally seen people leaving company crying. For H1B every year crucial for bright future.. If you are on OPT looking for quick project or just job survival for some time and plans to go for other company, collabera is best place.

If you want to stay in USA for long time, never look for Collabera. I f you want stay for shorter periods and leave country Collabera is best. But I always suggest H1Bs, never look collabera for long time journey in USA.

If you want to look for salary based companies, you can always go for CTS, Infi kind companies. They have at least fixed rules for everybody, no cheating... this is complete my personal experience with collabera
