Ripoff

I purchased a v2Premier computer from Shop NBC for over $2, 149, computer was from Viscom Technologies advertised by Jim Peterson, owner.
Had problems immediately, called for tech help over 50 times, returned it twice, still had problems.
Decided to sue for fraud and deceptive practices before warrenty ran out. Got a judgement in Massachusetts for triple damages. Company refused to pay gave me a hard time, sued them in Minnesota.
Now have a great attorney in Minnesota who goes to court next week. Thanks to information from this site and others I have an excellent chance of exposing this company for its' deceptive practices and ripoffs. It has taken a year to get this far.
