Scott White trading as Masonry Concrete of America, (Personal Information Removed) installed a concrete walkway & garage apron. Shortly after the installation, I observed minor cracking and chipping. In the Fall of 2010 the problem became more pronounced. On April 11, my wife Tracey Mazza contacted Scott White. At that time he examined the damage and agreed to cut out the damaged portions and re-pour the cement in the damaged area. It was agreed he would complete his current job and would repair our damage in a few days. Mr. White failed to respond to subsequent inquiries in June & July made by my wife Tracy Mazza. On 8/12 I called Mr. White’s answering machine and informed him that I was not pleased and would pursue other remedies. He called my home and left an insulting message designed to intimidate me. He further stated that I could not prevail in any litigation.
