I ordered my free trial face cream for $1.99, which was for the P&P. I ordered my free trial face cream for $1.99, which was for the P&P.

The Amex card was given on the webpage of this company after the order for free of charge next month august and September and October they used my credit card details to deduct money from my credit card account.
I have received only one sample in August I had to pay customs for that as well it was NOT A FREE SAMPLE.

The Creme gave me red rash, I cannot use it.
The manager at Amex said it is a scam, but they do not know yet how to get my money back as it is deducted month to month £45.30 twice.
Please help me.
To get my money back, as I am being charged innocently.
