These people are the biggest LAIRS in the industry

During the first week in June Groupon sent advertising via e-mail regarding a Digital Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor @ R169.00 - I responded with my payment for 1 of the advertised items & got a confirmation reply. On the 6th I received an e-mail stating that there had been a pricing error & that my money would be refunded! I phoned to enquire why I was being penalised because of their mistake. The call centre assured me that this was also an error and another e-mail was being sent to say that they would honour their commitment. On the 10th June I once again phoned & was eventually put through to Nazley Bastra who after listening to my discontent said that they would definitely be sending me my purchase when asked for confirmation she sent me an e-mail whilst I was still on the phone promising me that I would receive it within 14 days! Well after /- 25 e-mails apologising for the problem (each from a different person!) I tried to contact senior management to no avail & realised that they are all just a bunch of that hide behind a computerised telephone system that peeves one off and the same old "apology" e-mail knowing that eventually they will wear you down. They STINK!
