I cancelled my subscription and monies was taken from my checking account for two months after I cancelled the subscription. When I contacted them via telephone number provided, they sent an email stating monies would be returned to my checking account. Monies were never received, when I contacted them again, they stated they had no control when my bank would credit my account. This process was sent to my bank and it has been three months since they claimed to have credited my account.
