Recently, I was interested in placing a sports bet, so I decided to reach out to an agent via live chat at 888poker. The agent informed me that the requirements were to bet 5x the bonus amount, which would total $200. Eager to participate, I made two bets exceeding $200 each. However, when I attempted to cash out, I found myself unable to do so.

This situation led me to believe that I was being unfairly treated, and I am considering pursuing legal action. To safeguard my interests, I took screenshots of my interactions and forwarded them to the 888poker support team. Unfortunately, they declined to assist, stating that the logs I referred to didn't exist, insinuating that they may have been deleted.
