I logged into my online banking to see a charge from this company for the amount of 19.99 and have never dealt with this company or ever heard of them. I looked into it and have seen that this company has done this multiple times to many different people. I filed with my bank about the charges and am hoping that my bank can take care of the issue, but either way, this problem needs to be resolved.
