I recently invested in the Master Distributor package for prepaid phone cards from Magnolia Telecom. Unfortunately, the received benefits were only a fraction of what I initially paid for, and the support services were severely lacking. I suspect that Magnolia Telecom is aware of the threshold for fraud, and they barely exceed it. By repeatedly exploiting this threshold, Magnolia Telecom seems to have created a business model that revolves around not delivering on their promises. Despite this, they seem to be getting away with it time and again.
