Met him in June dated for a few months - he said he wanted to be together for the rest of our lives - asked me to invest in his horse business and I would be a partner so I sent money - then he said he wanted me to use some retirement monehy to invest in stocks that he was invested in as they were paying more so I wired him money a couple of times (total above in the end) then after months later he became less attentive making me uncomfortable he professed his love and promised to pay the taxes but that never happened so asked for my money back - he then became a ghost..every once in a while he would send an email that he had sent some money which never arrived - he promised to send paper work but what he finally sent was just a paper he made up nothing legal..after waiting for him to do the right thing I contacted the police in Raleigh, NC - they suggested a posting on scam site so I did that and heard from several women that had similar experiences with this man so I knew he was a scam artist... I believe he is a sociopath - when I look up the definition he fits every point. He has been sending emails and voice mails to the women I found making threats and also telling them untrue things about me - i have a critically ill child in the hospital in NYC waiting for a heart transplant and I really need this money he has scammed me out of - he knew this when we met - he is a man of no morals. He owns race horses in Pinehurst, NC.
I need help to see what I can do to get restitution
