I placed an order about a week ago, and they sent me a confirmation email. The next thing I know, the item cannot be shipped because they claimed my address was incomplete. I sent the address again, but the same issue persisted.
It was frustrating because my address is complete! I should know; it is MY ADDRESS. Only Lazada claimed that my address is incomplete. All my other online transactions with different online shops have successfully delivered my orders. I don't understand Lazada! What do you want? Should I make up a long address just so you can consider it complete?
