Took My Money / No Refund

It started last year in August when I ordered some furniture for my new room. In december I called the store and they said my order would arrive in January. I emailed them in early April and asked them if they have my order yet. I was told by Anthony that it would be coming in a couple of weeks. When I called them again, this time they said that the warehouse won't ship my order anytime soon because they are backed up with orders that still needed to be shipped out. On email from Robert, all he said that was he still didn't have my order. I asked for a refund and that I didn't want the furniture anymore. I never heard back from them. I called them again and got no answer.
