On May 7 at 1218 I was in the car with my hubby and daughter when I received a text message which states that my card has been authorized for use at CCBill.com 888-5969279 AZ for 49.90 USD on 05/07 at 12:18. How could I have a transaction using my card when I was actually in the car with my family and I have the card in my wallet and i did not even used it that day.
