Applied for visa on 30th january, my trip was cancelled on the 31st Jan informed Visa 24 by telephone on the 1st Feb that trip was cancelled and no longer needed visa. Visa 24 telephoned me demanding the full amount to be paid otherwise they would not return my passport, After a long telephone call with visa 24 i was laughed at and told i was stupid because i refuse to pay the full amount. Stated i'd pay return costs and a small fee for any inconvenience caused, Visa 24 still demanding i pay the full amount. Do not use this company for any visa applications their customer service is terrible & combative i was treated like a common thief
