On 1/13 I visited JanetJackson.com to buy my presale seats which open towards the followers at 12 noon eastern time. I had been shut-out many times before ultimately having the ability to pick a strip and get my seats. After I bought my seats I had been delivered a contact declaring chair u-101 area band that will be not what I visited on. I've named the corporation many times wondering why was I billed for anything I never visited onto buy their reaction is the fact that the display comes out and that I can't-get a return. I requested to get what I visited which was strip M or anything near to strip M vs the strip they're attempting to me that will be strip U. It has occurred to to many additional followers who have been advised nothing might be completed plus they they visited on which they purchased which is really a rest. The machine was performing up non stop plus they recognize that way too many everyone was within the program and may have caused difficulties. If that's the situation why cannot they provide me a solution due to their program screw up? Easily licked on something which was said to be sold-out they never must have obtained my charge card data and charged me for something which used to do not need to purchase. The corporation has lied to no end plus they are really disrespectful and WOn't solve conditions that are in problem on the finish. Anything must be achieved t/ the corporation. I intend on getting appropriate activity basically am not given what I initially taken care of but was not provided. If other people has grievances with this specific organization its better to place that criticism in watts/ the Greater Business Bureau of the San Francisco Bay Region. Perhaps then some motion is likely to be obtained from this organization. In the current economy there's no cause a business such as this ought to be running a business getting peopleis cash for seats they didn't initially and providing them with another thing. It doesn't occur in supermarkets also it must occur t/ show ticket both.
