My Best Advice to trying to get your money back is, do what I'm doing and take the Bums to Small Claims Court or consult with your local legal aid offices for advice?? At present, Teleten and David Buddan a.k.a. David Alexander are on the run! Our process server made an attempt a couple of weeks ago to serve the lawsuit paperwork and found out that Buddan did a "midnight move-out", but a semi-reliable source tells me that he did not go far and is setting up shop in the L.A. area. Any leads (no pun intended) on their new location - Please Post it Here!! Good luck to all the many Teleten victims...
