I just got a certified preowned on May 17th, I've already took it once to have the AC looked at (missed time at work to take it) and it wasnt fixed they just gave me spray to spray in it it has a bad mildew smell at first when turned on. I was told they can pick it up while Im at work to look at it again, last time they did that when it was getting detailed (right after I got it) they knocked my mirror off and I ended up standing out side after work 40 min. in the heat and late picking up my daughter from after school care because they didn't get me my car back on time like they promised. When I finally did get it back my mirror was literally screwed on until I could find time to either miss work or sit stranded again to have it fixed. Plus instead of fixing my windshield they said they would fix which was cracked when I bought it they took the easy way out and just filled it in. I love my Vehicle but the customer service sucks really bad. They don't care about our time or what chaos we have going on already. They wont even offer a loaner and lord don't ask you will get nothing but attitude. Im so disappointed :(so I literally just signed a contract to spend all this money for bad customer service.
