If anyone who is ever in need of a loan from rapital capital, please don't use them. As for my past experience, this company is a scam!!! (don't have enough exclaimation marks to state)
i have taken a loan in the amount of $700, with as many as of approximately 5 payment, suddenly the company ach is unable to process through my banking account - really? How convenient. After realizing that money for my loan was not being taken out, i called and was told by a representative that their department is working on the issue, and it will be back up and running for the next withdrawal. That was a lie!!! - a supervisor by the name of jeffrey said to me that i should have not been told that -what? Ok. So moving on, on their website i have seen my balance for the loan in the amount of $165 - questioning the supervisor he dont have an explaination for me. Wtf??? I am very upset and outrageous toward this company. But nevertheless this is my first and last time ever dealing with a company for pay day loan!!! - absurddddddddd - so please once again take this advise, and not take a loan from this company.
