I've been trying to withdraw money from my PayPal account for two days now.initially, I received two different errors, but the site seems to have settled on 'Internal Server Error. Error: 11500' now. Since it's a long weekend and people obviously only use Internet banking during business hours, I can't contact support to resolve this. Following advice posted on Facebook by the infamous R.B. Jacobs, I have cleared my browser's cache and tried to do the transfer, but the error remained. I've tried to log in using Google Chrome, Firefox, and IE. I encounter the same error in Chrome and Firefox, but IE reverts to the logout screen without even logging me into the site in the first place. When I tried to use the online contact form to contact the bank, I get a 'No data returned from request' error.
Sort out your online banking site! This is unacceptable! If you cannot manage the intricacies of web development, at least offer out of hours support so we can spend hours on hold waiting to talk to your your call centre agents to resolve issues that shouldn't exist in the first place.
