Peter Baranko, the owner of DBW LLC is perpetrating a sophisticated service and repair facility that claims to specialize in the reconditioning and calibration of VW and Mercedes Diesel Fuel injectors. I sent my "core" injectors to DBW LLC in exchange for injectors that were supposed to be reconditioned, tested, and completely calibrated. Upon arrival of the injectors provided by DBW LLC they were immediately installed and proved to be defective as they would not function correctly at all. As a result, and to the benefit of any possible doubt, it was necessary to have the vehicle towed to a local VW dealer for a second option. After thorough inspection and comprehensive testing was conducted by the VW dealer, they advised me that Mr. Baranko’s supplied injectors proved to have no indication of legitimate reconditioning or calibration. The computer test readings provided by the VW dealership positively concluded Mr. Baranko’s injectors were completely of the scale. Consequently, Mr. Baranko's injectors were replaced by the VW dealership with new injectors which completely resolved all driveability problems and concerns.
I reported the results to Mr. Baranko at which point he responded by declaring “a VW dealership couldn't possibly have the ability to diagnose the problem with my vehicle correctly and nothing could possibly be wrong with the injectors he provided.” Mr. Baranko further refused to take any action to stand behind his workmanship or to honor an expeditious reversal of the transaction by retuning my injectors in exchange for his defective injectors without attempting to extort money from me. Watch out, DBW LLC is a complete fraud!
