Mark Evans was promoting a credit card program in which one could get a credit card for a specific amount. I called him and told him I was interested. He sent me an application form to fill out and I wired him the amount of $640. on 5/18. I called him many, many, many times, emailed many, many times and there was never any response from him or his partner, Tony Brown. Til this day, there is no response for either a card or a refund.
