Stuck between OnAir TV & DSTV conflicts re Explora

Good day,

I was contacted by OnAir TV regarding a DSTV Explora offer. This was sold to me as having the ability to record 2 channels and watch 2 channels, one of the key features convincing me to accept the deal. The service and communication updates regarding delivery was very good, but when the DSTV installer arrived he told me that the decoder only has one channel viewing and one recording - same as the HD PVR I currently have installed. Calling OnAir TV they told me that the explora should be linked to the existing PVR which them provides 2 channels. The DSTV installer says this cannot be done, and the DSTV intstallation support contact confirms his view. OnAir TV could not assist the installer with how this is done, nor escalate the query or provide us with a supervisor / manager contact. I am now stuck between the DSTV and OnAir giving conflicting information and cannot get the issue resolved
