I bought a complete new suite of Jenn Air appliance from Plessers Appliance, Babylon NY. Great price, but the stuff is all damaged.
NONE of the (5) items showed damage on packaging, but when unboxed and installed but (3) items were substantially damaged and required warranty repair. The hood was bent and didnt work, the Fridge had cracked hinges and the dishwasher has a bent door that leaks.
I believe Plessers is dealing in damaged goods. Their response is "You opened it, you own it." They are frauds.
Look at the length of their disclaimer on that subject. I suspect they repack items in undamAged boxes, and ship it out for you to get stuck.
HORRIBLE!!! Stay away.
