Damaged products and blatant rudeness

I received 12 wine stoppers from EZPOTS. Many of the had dark scratches on them. I only complained about three of them because the scratches were right in the front and very obvious. I offered to try to buff them out and asked if he knew what I should use. He said to go to a hardware store and ask them. I did and could not remove the scratches.
I emailed Chuck and told him this and asked how he wanted to move forward. He didn’t answer. I emailed again and this was his answer.

“ Hello. Its not damage. It's a mere cosmetic blemish. You are not entitled to free stoppers. I've said it before with some of that we lowered prices. We hardly make money on those. I will suggest you shop elsewhere such as amazon next time. And please do not write again.”

Wow! I was floored. He was so angry!
I will never do business with him again and warn all others to use caution. If you have to buy from him, use PayPal or pay in some way that protects you.
