Home Income Profit System has replace the Blackbelt Profit System, it even uses the SAME website, LOL.
When you try to search the bbb, you will find there is no such business, BUT I found out their REAL name is Internet Cash Machine. They have an F with the bbb. This criminal site scams you with this- They pitch an "at home income oppurtunity". The site itself doesn't tell you anything about how you will be making those "profits". The only way to have any idea about what's going on is to look at the terms and conditions. There, you will find the real business name, Internet Cash Machine, and a very vague desdcription of what you're buying. According to home profit system, "Internet Cash Machine is an online web development tool that makes it easy for you to jump start your online home based business. It effortlessly allows you to activate customizable websites stocked with products in just minutes." HMMM, stocked with what? how does this make money for you? what kind of stuff are you selling? what in the world does all of this mean?
They go on to explain how they hooked you like a fish, and you're going to be nailed to the wall- "When you submit your order, you agree to pay the shipping and handling fee of $2.97 for your Road Map to Success and a $39.95 activation fee unless waived; please allow up to two weeks for delivery. After your 3-day trial period, you will be charged a ONE TIME fee of $139.95 for the product that will not be billed again for access to all of the features above. Thereafter, a $4.95 fee will serve as a monthly website hosting and maintenance fee until cancelled."
Now, the tell you that your 3 day trial starts THE DAY YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER, NOT THE DAY YOU RECEIVE MATERIALS. They word this VERY akwardly, to try to fool you, so I just wanted to tell you it is the day you submit ur order, because they say when u submit ur order, u get access to some scammy website, so THAT is your trial, NOT the materials, remember that, ok?
Here is what you are getting "Your free trial program includes website development, pre-built customizable templates, over 7, 000 products and e-books ready to be sold (some with 100% profit margin), ability to sell your own custom products, continuous online learning, design and marketing, a distribution center, live online help, an online video arcade, a Road Map to Success shipped directly to you and more."
Apparently, you have some relationship with a drop shipper, which just means that you have a website, and you sell things that another company has in a warehouse. IF you can sell any of their CRAP, u get a small percentage of the sale. This is just like SMC, which sells junk products that no one wants that are in chinese trader catalogs.
Also, it sounds like they are trying to make you buy some membership from ebay, so it looks like that's where your "drop shipper" comes from. Everyone knows a membership to ebay is free, here's what they say&-quot;Internet Cash Machine even provides you with an auction tool that automatically plugs you into one of the world’s most popular auction sites! " LOL another SCAM, just like the google scams. They are selling u a membership to ebay for a total of $200! EBAY is NOT affiliated with this scam.
IF YOU'RE A VICTIM GET OUT OF THIS SCAM, and here is how you do it.
Call those bastards, and tell them you want EVERY single membership cancelled that they signed you up for. Record this conversation, (cell phones have a record option. make sure you have them repeat that Your name has canceled all of the memberships she was signed up for. Tell them you want the $139.95 put back in your account, because that charge was not disclosed to you clearly, as demanded in consumer protection laws. It is the disclosure of the negative option rule. You must be CLEARLY disclosed of recurring charges. Having a small link at the bottom of the page does not qualify, by law, as clear disclosure. Also, have them repeat that there will be no more charges to your account. Give this recording to your bank or credit card company. be sure you make them say the date (im saying have therm repeat it because on my cell phone, it only records the person on the other end. it would be a better idea to record on ur cell phone and also record the conversation on speaker phone with your camera, laptop, anything that has a mic, so ur voice can be heard too).
Now, they WILL try to go back in to ur account under a different company name, so be SURE that ur bank or cc company knows these people may try to do that, and you will let them know of the fradulent charges, and demand a chargeback. ASLO, tell ur bank or cc company that you want to do a chargeback of the $139.95 charge they put on ur card. Tell them you want a chargeback because they did NOT disclose clearly to you that you would be charged anything, which under consumer protection laws they are required to disclose this information.
