After logging a claim from my insurance innovations group it has been a plainly experience I am now in a situation where I had to pay a huge amount to get my vehicle fix, and had to do payment out of my own pocket why do I have insurance that I am paying every month promising to coffer my cost after damages has occurred on my vehicle? Why are we paying insurance? I know still awaiting feedback since the 8th and now they telling me I have to wait another 7 days for payout? Payment was done on my side I have forwarded all the necessary information as requested still have to wait 7 days... This can be this is not service but a rip off... After this I will cancel my policy and move it a company that really value their clients. Enough sad...
