I have been a loyal toyota customer for over 20 years, and I believe maybe 3 of the five leases that i had have been through toyota finance.
I turned in my last toyota in May. I did not lease another vehicle because I will be out of the state for about 6 months. When I do return to florida, I intended to lease a new toyota. I paid the disposition fee.
My problem is that I feel that the excessive wear fee is not justified. The only thing that was worn was regular use, and can be buffed out.
I feel that if you do not lease a new car when you turn in your old one, you are being punished, by nit picking the condition of the car and having to pay the $350. Disposition fee.
Because, if you lease or buy another car, in my experience I never had to pay for any so called damage, or the disposition fee.
Thank you for your time.
