Hired them to remove two weak trees and complete maintenance on others. They removed two large, healthy trees instead and left the ones we wanted removed.
After the work was completed, Josh and Shane showed up at our door to blame us for the "miscommunication", backpeddled and told us it was a "blessing in disguise". Tried to get us to pay over a grand for the services until we advised we would seek legal action then they backed down. Took no responsibility for what happened— just tried to push us around.
Even advised next time we should mark the trees ourselves... Well, I might as well get up in the tree and do the work myself. What am I hiring you for thousands of dollars to do?
