Delays in A/C Replacement. Took 3 Contractors and over 6 weeks

A/C stopped working. First contractor went out twice and mis-diagnosed issue.

I then sent my own contractor out as it appears the contractors used by Fidelity have a limited skill set. My guy found the unit needed replacement. Fidelity then sent out a Second Contractor that confirmed unit needed replacement, but doesn't do rooftop replacement. They then sent a 3rd contractor able to do work, but Fidelity took forever to process paperwork before work could start.

Fidelity also did not cover some extra code work required.

Bottom line, over 6 weeks in extreme heat of summer and work is still not done.
