We lost our home owners insurance so State Home Mortgage intiated home insurance at a higher rate. We never received a insurance company name, piloicy number or rate. Or a policy in the mail. We now have new home owners insurance as of 1-10-12. New home insurance has mailled bill invoice on 1-10-12 and on 2-14-12 with no response from State Home Mortgage. New home owners insurance has also faxed info regarding new insurance 2 times with no response from State Home Mortgage. I have not meet Feburarys house payment because I am waiting on a response. The moneys are available for the house payment. I have been deferred to Customer Service with no success. The lines are busy or voicemails are full. If i'm able to leave a message, if they call back it is days later. People are rude and unwilling to assist with the problem. As of now my home owners insurance will be cancelled on 2-29-12 due to non payment. But I have PITI built into my monthly payment. I want to fullful my financial obligations but I need to no what they are.
