Requested money and did not deliver. Confusing

I was refered to this company by Mr. Danny Kelvin, and the company was supposed to ship me a puppy. The company kept asking for more and more money and the puppy delivery kept getting delayed with many excuses. When asked to cancel and send my money back, they said they could not and would not give me any information about the company or any phone numbers to contact.
