BBG recently turned the web supplier at Pueblo Bonito hotels in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The costs are CRAZY! We registered for 24 hour utilization - $16.95 - and, once they got our charge card data (and have since billed our consideration), they might not supply support since it was "down". The support representative stated they'd return our $16.95, but obviously it was only a rest. WON'T EVER use web when it entails BBG. Unfortunate that BBG Communications takes benefit of clients like they are doing. I really hope you will find enough grievances in the Pueblo Bonito hotels to make sure that PB is going to do anything about that rip off organization.
