Im trying to apply for a visa, after finally being able to fill everything in on their atrocious website (with out options to go back delete mistakes or even a clear login option) i click on the schedule appointment button under the "print" tab and low and behold i get a: "Login failed for VAF UserID" aka page not found.
The previous time i was applying the website was down for over 3 days for "maintenance", you can redesign a website in less then half that time.
People pay you a fortune to handle their applications (it was free before you came along and it was easier too) the least you can do is pay someone to actually maintain your website.
