Dear Sir/Madam
A client by the name of Linderman Mavundla purchased a car in November and his first installment due on 1 Jan. The account number where to make payment with Nedbank is 1957327022 branch code 195705 with Reference 13816540001.
His account was not debited on the said date and he went to the bank himself to do a deposit.
When he got there to make payment he was given another account number 4085389160. He has already paid a Total amount of R7000 but is getting calls from unknown people saying they want to come and tow his car away he can't understand why. His MFC agreement document is written a premium of R2727.22.
When he calls the Bank Callcentre there is no answer. He was also given another number to call 0318208304 and speak to Cerda P.I. He can't get this person too.
Can MFC contact this client on 0738331976 to clarify what he owes, what is real account number is and how to rectify all this. If possible, please get someone who speaks his home language Zulu to explain to him.
