I purchased truck represented to me on legal contract as a Nissan Titan LE King Cab valued at 14,200$,I financed 11,900$, with 2,000$ total down payment, but truck is actually a Titan XE King Cab valued at 7,500$,also 6,500$ is low estimate of total damages add interest over 48 month loan duration of which dealership gets monthly finance charge kick-back, total dollar overcharge to me at 10,500$. How many years have other customers have been overcharged, with fraudulent misleading contracts@practices?
