Debit order not Authorized for 12/12

I received a sms from Direct on the 05/12, stating the following. Valued Direct Axis customer. Your salary date has been confirmed for the 15th December. Reply YES to have your monthly installment debit run on this day. 0217643409. My reply was YES. Only to receive a bank notification this morning that my bank account was debited on the 12/12 by DirectAxis, I called them at 08:05 this morning not getting anywhere after spending 1 hr on the phone asking to speak to a Supervisor. I got to a Supervisor who then said I'm through to the wrong department. I then asked this Supervisor to go an extra mile and ask the relevant Supervisor to call me back. I gave them time up until 11:00 nobody has called me yet. I need to know who gave you permission to debit my account on the 12/12 when my salary has not even been paid. I'm only getting paid on monday. If i don't receive a call today or if this is not reversed i will go to the newspapers. I'm paying my account every month without any problems. I don't want any excuses i know how accounts work. This is totally unacceptable. If i must have a bad name at my bank through directaxis there is going to be trouble.
