Please take note that you have already taken Legal action against me, You placed a Judgment against my name 6 Years ago, I have requested the Summons that you claimed I have signed for from you. You wasted my time for 4 months telling me that you need to go to court to get the documents and that metro file are unable to provide you with the documents and the next moment you send me an email to say case closed.
I will contact my bank to find out why the payment didn't happen.
