I have 2 accounts which gets debited on the 25th of every month by Nedbank as per written agreement between myself and Nedbank.in December on the 12 (???) they have debited my account causing my bank account to go into a negative and thus effecting my credit scoring. On ref nr PLP57923 on the 29th of Dec when I lodged a written complaint and requested a letter from Nedbank stating that the error was on their side... Nothing happens. I called the Department this morning around 09h00 on 0861126326 and I spoke to Shanaaz (pardon spelling) which advised me the following: THEY CAN DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME IN DECEMBER IRRESPECTIVE OF THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT ACCEPTED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE DEDUCTION BE ON THE 25TH of every month! It may not necessary be a salary that gets deposited in December and should there be incoming monies prior to collection they will collect the monies. The lady also promised me an apology letter as well as a letter stating the above practive. I told her that I was seeing my bank manager at 14h00.. Its 13h30 offices closed and no letter! DISGUSTING, UNLAWFULL and I will take this further.
