After geeting several calls from maodi to pay nedbank, I requested the settlement amount from maodi on the 19th June. The settlement amount was 26500 which was paid on the 20th Juneand recieved a paid up letter on 20th June from maodi attorneys, I got retrenched, and when I apply for employment one of the companies taken interest told me that "unfortunatley nedbank has listed you we are unable to employ you for that reason, " I immediatley called maodi attorneys in kemptonpark since November to date tebogo is hanging up on me, as the paid up letter I recieved from maodi attorneys nedbank said they dont know that account used by maodi, and their unable to assist and the loan amount is owed by myself.
This has resulted in me been unemployable
