Here is the latest in my court case / Law Suit against Dave McDonald, McDonlad Vending Inc. aka Value Vending. In the couple days before my court date Dave called me said he just got off the phone with his attorney and basicly said he would deliver the vending machine this was on 4/10 our court date was 4/12... guess what that was a big fat lie he never did, remind you it is been 6 months since I paid him.
On 4/11 the day before the court date, he called asking if I would call off my lawyer that he would deliver. Till this day he has made no delivery. He told me my problem "Is I don't trust him" this statement shows how crazy he is. The sherrif was unable to serve him so the cas was contined to mid May. I'll keep everyone updated... Dave is lier and thief, this is BS as I have done nothing wrong, I paid for the machine upfront big mistake and Dave has been lieing to me for 6 months. Now I've had to incurre costs at no fault of my only because of Dave McDonlad of McDonald Vending Inc. steals from people.
