I needed a software to help me create email ID's for my marketing efforts.
This software came highly recommended so I thought I would give it a try since the price was right. It ended up not even being able to install it at all on my computer and after a half dozen error messages, I tried to go through the company to get a refund because there is no way I could get any use out of this software. I dealt with someone who initially was very nice and professional and said he would issue a refund. He stalled and stalled and stalled. My guess was that he was waiting for 30 days to pass so that I would not file a claim with my credit card company or Paypal.
I plan to contact Paypal even though they will not issue me a refund on intangible products but at least there will be a mark on his record. My advice to anyone who is considering dealing with this company is to stay away. This individual/group is unprofessional and I am out of $27 of my hard earned money and have nothing to show for it.
